All content, tools, and systems provided by Blue Pxl Agency remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non- exclusive license to use our services solely for your business purposes.

7. Termination

We suspend or terminate aces to our sevices at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may cancel service at any time according to your subscriptions plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Pxl Agency shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service of the 3 months prior to the claim.
